ArcGIS pro merge and dissolve

In ArcGIS Pro, I been trying to merge cemetery plots into one polygon per section, including the gaps like walking paths, and dissolve only removes the lines between plots but doesnt really outline the whole section. I need a way to trace the outer edges and close the gaps to create full section boundaries. Any tips?

You can try using the Aggregate Polygons tool, it groups nearby features and fills small gaps.Tweak the distance setting to include paths then Dissolve again for clean section outlines

Yeah and I'll try adjusting the distance setting to make sure the walking paths get included, hopefully that gives me the clean section outlines I've been trying to get.
